 Being European or Spanish, which is more relevant to this particular subject, I have been accustomed to dressing my salads with Oil and Vinegar (or freshly squeezed lemon juice), and have always felt somewhat repulsed by those pre-made bottled dressings, which appear goopy and full of ingredients which in my mind, should not be included in something that should be simple.
